The disturbed acreage is consistent with the mining plan
of approximately 10 acres of disturbance at any one time. From the previous operator,
the area shown by green lines consist of two former sediment and wash ponds which
have been regraded and revegetated, as well as a larger area north of these ponds that
had been mined out and has since been regraded and revegetated. In the upcoming
year, ruining is planned to begin in the northern part of the property, where the deposit
is of better quality.
Enclosed is a check for the annual fee of $688.00.
Please call me at the above number or Dar en Palizzi at 303-289-1428 with any
questions.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
BANKS AND GESSO, LLC
~~
Katy Soto
Attachments: Signed Annual Report Form
Boundary Map
Check for $688.00
