You must pay these fees each year until <br />reclamation responsibility release is granted. The fee listed below is for LAST YEARS mining and <br />reclamation season, and MUST be paid even if your operation was in an inactive state. The fee is due ON <br />OR BEFORE the permit anniversary date shown below.
