Road as disturbed acreage, but noted that it would not be reclaimed because the road serves as a main access road
to U.S. Bureau of Land Management and private lands in the azea. More recently, the road is heavily used by the
natwal gas industry. The road will remain m the permit because approximately 6 miles of the active retort pipeline
alignment follows the road. ° The total reclaimed acreage includes the 53.43 acres of Logan Wash Road noted
above.
