This Annual Report will cover the time period <br />February 8, 1989 through February 7, 1990. Please refer to the Annual <br />Report map for last year for the location of areas discussed in <br />this report; the colors mentioned correspond with areas colored on <br />the map. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />requirements as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 <br />(1) Mining continued within Stage Pon lands previously disturbed. <br />We mined 3.00 acres ± of Stage P during calendar year 1989. <br />(2) Of the area mined 2.90 acres ± will be lake and will need no <br />further reclamation the additional 0.10 acres of bank will be <br />sloped when reclamation begins. The current lake surface <br />area is now 77.02 acres ±, <br />The silting backfill continues on the 1.91 acres ± remaining <br />in that area (tan); 1.19 acres ± of the original 3.51 acres ± <br />is complete (orange).
