("EFN") to stabilize and <br />protect surface azeas of affected land at the referenced mine facility, including spoil piles, so as <br />to effectively control erosion and the attendant potential for water pollution. This letter of <br />confirmation was requested Icy the Division to provide assurance that possible vanadium content <br />of waste rock at the site would not contribute to offsite transport of this element. <br />In compliance with :S1-32-116(q) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, EFN <br />continuously carries out reclaunation activities, with reasonable diligence, concurrent with mining <br />operations to effectively control erosion.
