<br />HEALTH ACID SA~'ST}' <br />GECLCGIC HAZARDS <br />No material geologic hazards exist or rill be created by <br />the proposed gravel extraction and land reclamation plans. <br />As the existing natural slopes will be replaced by <br />steeper slopes at man;,- locations, the cuestion of potential <br />future slope instability is of greatest interest as a <br />geologic hazard, however, the proposed s~rerage 3:1 slopes <br />in the natural free-draining gravels will pose no problem. <br />During the place-~ent of the earth emban'.~~ments, temporary <br />steep slopes will exist. These should Dose no problem, <br />particularly in view of the vertical cuts in the nearb? <br />pits that have remained stable for many months. <br />SAPIITAR'f FACILITIES <br />Adequate sanitary facilities will be furnished, installed <br />and maintained for the :~~orkmen. As the needs arise, a <br />sufficient number of enclosed temporary toilets will be <br />conveniently placed as reeuired by the Sanitary Code of <br />the State of Colorado and Boulder Count•:. <br />Drinking water will be provided from an approved source, <br />• so piped or transported as to steep it safe and fresh, snd <br />served in a single service container or satisfactory <br />t~•pe of sanitary ~rinking water. all such facilities and <br />services shall be furnished in strict accordance with <br />existing and governing health regulations. <br />• <br />
