Access and egress roads are built, approximately 15 acres have been mined and are
currently being used for stockpiling and work area.

3 acres of additional mining activity are planned for the coming year.

We began mining operations in December of 2004. Stockpiled material was hauled out
periodically throughout the year.

Statement regarding the sufficiency of the value of the Financial Warranty:
DMG holds a surety bond for financial warranty in the amount of $39,453.00 There are
no change in the mining plan or the reclamation plan. The amount is sufficient for all
reclamation work remaining at the AGRI-DLD Pit.
