You re-
ported that the Annual Fee was paid 12/14/92, but no report
was filed. Please consider this letter as the report due.
The company has been almost inactive the last 2 years. A
minor amount of material has been sold during that period.
Maps and information submitted previously are still basically
accurate. At the present time, the company is not expecting
any mayor activity in the coming year. Fremont County CUP
No. 88-6 and, I believe, the MLRD application state this pit
will be operated less than 6 months per year. No reclamation
is proposed until sufficient area has been exposed.
The operator requests that the following items be made a part
of their file:
1. This letter is to be "Notice of Intent to Continue
Mining".
2. This operation is to be placed on "Intermittent Status"
(The operator understands that this does not eliminate
annual fee or report requirements).
3. Correspondence on this company's permits to be mailed
to:
American Materials, Inc.
Buck Barnhart
212 W. 13th Street
Pueblo, Co. 81003
I hope this brings everything up to date. Thanks again for
your help. If there are any questions, please contact me.
Cordia].~y,
Lloyd V.
