In order to maintain your mining operation in compliance with the law, the annual
fees, report, and map required by C.R.S. 34-32-116(3) and (4) must be submitted
annually on or before your permit anniversary date. Fees are based upon a
schedule b�36T if your operation is an open mining operation and $275 for any
