The Financial Warranty for this operation is $5000. 00, the permitted area is in Logan County, covers 9 .99 ac. ± and the pit is not phased. As required in Rule 1. 6 the MINE PERMIT SIGN is at the entrance to the pit and the boundary has been outlined with posts to delineate the affected lands. MLRB Rules and Regulations, rule 1 . 15 and the annual review letter mailed October 2 , 1995 are addressed in the following report. Please refer to the enclosed ANNUAL REPORT MAP for areas discussed in this report. (1) We continued to mine on the face opened when mining began. The faue Luns north and south 3-ross the nropEYrty and pro- gresses to the west as we remove material. We stripped and mined an additional 1. 28 acres ± this year (green) . The floor of the pit covers approximately 5. 25 acres. The road was relocated to the west side of the facility this year also. (2) No reclamation was required this year. Bank slopings along the north and south sided have progressed with mining. We have approximately 484 feet on the north and 651 feet on the south shaped at 2h to lv as approved at this time (yellow) . (3) We will continue to mine from east to west, stripping the area before the face as we mine. If things go as we expect we may disturb as much as 2 . 00 acres ± in the next year. 40 oy �,
