The Financial Warranty for this <br /> operation is $5000. 00, the permitted area is in Logan County, <br /> covers 9 .99 ac. ± and the pit is not phased. As required in Rule <br /> 1. 6 the MINE PERMIT SIGN is at the entrance to the pit and the <br /> boundary has been outlined with posts to delineate the affected <br /> lands. <br /> MLRB Rules and Regulations, rule 1 . 15 and the annual review <br /> letter mailed October 2 , 1995 are addressed in the following <br /> report. Please refer to the enclosed ANNUAL REPORT MAP for areas <br /> discussed in this report. <br /> (1) We continued to mine on the face opened when mining began. <br /> The faue Luns north and south 3-ross the nropEYrty and pro- <br /> gresses to the west as we remove material. We stripped and <br /> mined an additional 1. 28 acres ± this year (green) . The <br /> floor of the pit covers approximately 5. 25 acres. The road <br /> was relocated to the west side of the facility this year <br /> also. <br /> (2) No reclamation was required this year. Bank slopings along <br /> the north and south sided have progressed with mining. We <br /> have approximately 484 feet on the north and 651 feet on the <br /> south shaped at 2h to lv as approved at this time (yellow) . <br /> (3) We will continue to mine from east to west, stripping the <br /> area before the face as we mine.
