During November, the West Pit water treatment plant operated efficiently discharging a
total of 8,595,400 gallons (26.38 acre-feet) of water to Rito Seco Creek, a total of
886,000 gallons (2.72 acre-feet) of water was transferred from the water treatment plant
to the tailing impoundment, and seepage along Rito Seco Creek remained dry. The
monthly precipitation accumulation for November was a trace, no precipitation
accumulation was recorded during the month although approximately 4 inches of
snowfall fell on November 18`s.
