An assumption is that since the two quarters that were
monitored in 1995 were before June, the rest of the monitoring
has now taken place in the second half of 1995 and will be
submitted in the 1996 AHR.
B. King Coal met all other monitoring requirements and
parameters.
C. The affects of mining on the water quality appears to be
minimal. The graphs provided in the AHR demonstrate that the
water quality appears to be maintaining a consistency in
levels.
