STATEMENT <br />ANNUAL REPORT <br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE <br />DATE: May 1, 2003 <br />RE: MUNSCH PIT (PERMIT # M-200-018) <br />MLR Reclamation Specialist: <br />RECEIVED <br />JUN 0 2 2003 <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />The Operator, Cheyenne County, files this Notice of Intent to Continue Sand and Gravel <br />Operations at the Munsch Pit, (Permit # M-2000-018). <br />1. No active mining operations for the year 2002 within the permit azea <br />boundaries. <br />2. Ongoing reclamation of the active mining site, to include the entire E '/< of the <br />permit azea, will occur on an ongoing basis. <br />3. The high wall on the west side of the mining area should be sloped to a #:1 <br />grade. <br />4. The SE '/< of the mining azea is mined out. <br />5.
