The cross-reference table between sample identification numbers and <br />sample locations is attached. As specified in l~R-006, calculated free and wad cyanide <br />values for the process point samples are enclosed. <br />S <br />The five groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, Iv1-13R, and M-14), RS-}Y andrthe <br />process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. Rinse and field blanks were <br />conducted as part of the field quality assurance program. M-2, M-6, M-7, M-8 and the <br />tlvee lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be diy.
