That section of the law requires that: "Except as provided in Section 34-32-103(6)(a)(II), the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue ~Sining Operations. The Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or statement that shall indicate; (a) the land affected during previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." Based on our records, the anniversary date of your operation is November 1 , and we have not received BO-81 annual fees, which are due, totalling $ 50.00 If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as possible, otherwise we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by the statute within the next thirty (30) days. Please include (if you have not) the required Notice of Intent to Continue Fiining Operations to bring the Division up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site. If you cannot Snclude these materials with the fee, please indicate how soon we should expect to receive the materials. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me.
