Dear Sir/1Nadame: By this letter and attachment, Calais Resources Colorado, Inc. hereby gi~~es notice of it's intent to hold the unpatented mining claims listed in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" on behalf of the owner: Calais Resources Colorado, Iric., whose address is P.O. Box 653 -Caribou, Nederland, Colorado 80466-0653. (See Exhibits "A^ and "B^). A check # 0748 dated August 30, 2001 in the amount of $ 10,000 represeoiting payment of the Federal annual fees pursuant to the requirements of The Act: of October O5, 1992 (Public Law 102-381, 106 Stat., 1374,1378-79) for each of the unpatented mining claims in the Bear, Black Bear, Griuzly Bear, Pleasant View, Apollo and Pandora claim groups is enclosed. This total represents payment in the amount of $ 100 for each of the 100 unpatented claims fully described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B^ for the assessment year ending on September Ol, 2002. The full names of the claims and the BLM mining claim serial number assigned to the claims for which the fees are paid are described in the attached Exhibits "A" and "B" and by this reference, incorporated in this letter. Cslais Resources Colorado, Inc. is not relinquishing any claims this year and is fully holding the claims on the attached Exhibits "A" and "B". Any omissioin from its current holding is unintentional A copy of this letter (and exhibits) is also enclosed for you to date stamp end return to me along with the paid receipt.
