No problems or anomalous conditions were observed to be associated with the seeps or springs
near Pits 2, 4, 5 or 6. All of the springs identified in this survey were draining to roadside
ditches with no evidence of significant erosion associated with the flow. No recent movement
of the slide associated with Spring 3 was observed.
Temperature, pH, and Conductivity were measured in the field for all spring waters using a
Hydac Water Meter. The field measurements aze shown in Table 5, Spring Field Measurements.
