Location and Number of Acres Affected During the Year <br />Refer to the attached map illustrating the affected areas. <br />A summary of the affected areas to date is given as follows: <br />Additional Area Disturbed the Past Year: it is estimated <br />that approximately 1.4± ac. of additional area was <br />disturbed the past year. <br />Approximate Area Disturbed to Date: it is estimated <br />that about 32.31 ac. (of the 49.31 ac permitted) have been <br />disturbed by the operation. <br />2. Location and Number of Acres Reclaimed the Past Year <br />No additional reclamation occurred the past year. <br />3. Location and Number of Acres in the Various Stages of Reclamation <br />Refer to the attached map. To date, approximately 1.4± ac., <br />located along the southerly side of Area 'A' have been graded, <br />seeded. As indicated in the reclamation plan, most of the <br />required reclamation will occur upon completion of the operation. <br />4. Location of Species and Vegetation Planted <br />The attached map illustrates the area that has been seeded. <br />According to the operator, this area was seeded a couple of years <br />ago and the species seeded were those given in the reclamation plan. <br />5. Types and Quantity of Fertilizer Used <br />According to the operator, commercial fertilizer was broadcast <br />on the area previously seeded. No additional information is <br />available at this time regarding the type or amount used. <br />6. Appraisal of Reclamation Efforts <br />Some wheatgrasses and other grass species <br />establish on various parts of slope where <br />occurred. Some small trees are also begin <br />a result of natural invasion.
