Location and Number of Acres Affected During the Year Refer to the attached map illustrating the affected areas. A summary of the affected areas to date is given as follows: Additional Area Disturbed the Past Year: it is estimated that approximately 1.4± ac. of additional area was disturbed the past year. Approximate Area Disturbed to Date: it is estimated that about 32.31 ac. (of the 49.31 ac permitted) have been disturbed by the operation. 2. Location and Number of Acres Reclaimed the Past Year No additional reclamation occurred the past year. 3. Location and Number of Acres in the Various Stages of Reclamation Refer to the attached map. To date, approximately 1.4± ac., located along the southerly side of Area 'A' have been graded, seeded. As indicated in the reclamation plan, most of the required reclamation will occur upon completion of the operation. 4. Location of Species and Vegetation Planted The attached map illustrates the area that has been seeded. According to the operator, this area was seeded a couple of years ago and the species seeded were those given in the reclamation plan. 5. Types and Quantity of Fertilizer Used According to the operator, commercial fertilizer was broadcast on the area previously seeded. No additional information is available at this time regarding the type or amount used. 6. Appraisal of Reclamation Efforts Some wheatgrasses and other grass species establish on various parts of slope where occurred. Some small trees are also begin a result of natural invasion.
