110 Annual Fee Letter
Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act req fires that,
"...the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of
the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operat ons. The
Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 550,00 a d a map or
statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected du ing the
previous year; (b) the land to be affected during the co ing year;
and (c) any land reclaimed during the preceding year." ivision
