Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the 112c Annual Fee and <br />Report Request requirements of the State of Colorado. <br />The Navajo Mine located in Elbert County Colorado. <br />Operations (Current Year) <br />Clay mining operations continue in accordance with the mine plan. The permitted <br />acreage remains at 200 acres and the maximum allowable disturbed acreage remains at <br />62 acres. Current disturbance is approximately 15.8 acres including the main road. No <br />additional acres were mined during 2005-2006. No additional acres were reclaimed <br />during this reporting period. <br />Operations (Next Year) <br />Mining operations in 20062007-will continue in the area of the 2000 mining. No <br />additional disturbance is anticipated. <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
