Long <br />DATE: Iune 8, 2000 Division Dneclor <br />RE: Increase Fees for the Extraction of Construction Materials <br />Enclosed is a copy of HOUSE BILL 00-1417 approved by Governor Bill Owens on May 26, 2000 <br />increasing all fees related to the Extraction of Construction Materials. The fee increase will allow the <br />Minerals Program to continue to operate at our current staff level. The last time fees were increased <br />was in Fiscal Year 1993-94. This increase will take effect Iuly 1, 2000.
