The Division
agrees with Mr. Rold's more complete description of the crack. The
Division is also in agreement with the explanation provided
regarding the size and location of the crack. As access is proven
to be difficult and the crack appears to be healing, it is
unnecessary for MCC to seal or cover the crack at this time. MCC
has agreed to the Division's request to continue to monitor the
crack during future subsidence surveys and to assess and report any
changes in the crack.
The Division has no other concerns regarding this report. Please
call if you have any questions.
Sin~Cer~ly,
/ /,~
Christine E.
Environmental
ion Specialist
CEJ/0075UBAUG.1
