DivisiOnoiMineraisBUeology <br />Subsidence Report <br />May 1995 <br />Extraction Limits <br />The mining that has occurred at the Eastside Mine since the last <br />subsidence survey is shown on the Subsidence Map dated March 1994. A <br />conservative angle of draw of 25° includes Monument 1, 2, 8, Alternate 1 <br />and Alternate 2 in the area of possible influence from subsidence. <br />Monument 3 is located within the 25° angle of draw. <br />Observed Subsidence <br />Monuments 1, 2, 8, Alternate 1 and Alternate 2 were surveyed on <br />September 26, 1994. The results are shown in the enclosed tables. <br />Monument 1 and Monument 1: Alternate indicate no measurable subsidence <br />is occurring in the vicinity of the points. Monument 2 and Monument 2: <br />Alternate indicate no measurable subsidence is occurring in the vicinity <br />of the points. Monument 8 indicates no measurable subsidence is <br />occurring in the vicinity of the point. <br />There were not any surface evidence of subsidence occurring over the <br />workings of the Eastside Mine. No structures or renewable resources <br />have been affected by subsidence of the Eastside Mine. <br />Monument 3 is now located within the 25° angle of draw. from the furthest <br />extension of the underground workings. Monument 3, 11, and 12, as <br />listed on Pigure 14, Area affected by Predicted Subsidence, will be placed <br />and included in the next survey <br />
