Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the 112c Annual Fee and
Report Request requirements of the State of Colorado.
The Ute Mine is located in Douglas County, Colorado.
Operations (Current Year)
Mining during the period disturbed approximately 5 acres.
Permitted acreage remains the same at 141.76 acres. A total of 25.0 acres remain
affected during the report year and there are 6.91 acres in topsoil replacement stage that
are ready for reclamation release.
Approximately 60 acres were sprayed with Torden and 2.4-D to help control Knapweed
in late Spring as part of our weed control program.
Two acres were partially backfilled as part of the reclamation plan during this reporting
period.
Operations (Next Year)
No additional disturbance is currently planned at Ute next period.
The Knapweed issues at the site will continue to be monitored.
Robco will see reclamation release on the 6.91 acres mentioned above.
Bonding
Deemed adequate at this time.
