9. Continued from front <br />The yellow area is where mining is taking place. The green area was shaped and graded <br />may years ago prior to us taking the pit over from the original permittee and has a good <br />grass cover. We have never disturbed the brown area and it has blended into the <br />surrounding land so it is not readily identifiable. These two area appear to be totally <br />reclaimed. <br />
