DMG Permit No. M-88-112 <br />Bi-weekly and Quarterly Water Sampling -July 5, 17, 19, and 26, 1995 <br />Dear Mr. Dillie: <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the bi-weekly and <br />quarterly water samples collected July 5, 17, and 19, 1995, and a post detox sample <br />collected July 26, 1995 as specified in the April 1992 Abatement Plan. The cross- <br />reference table between sample identification numbers and sample locations is attached. <br />As specified in TR-006, calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process point <br />samples are enclosed. <br />The five groundwater wells (M-9, M-12, M-13, M-13R, and M-14), RS-2, RS-3, the <br />post detox, and the four process points were sampled and the analyses are enclosed. M- <br />2, M-6, M-7, M-8 and the three lysimeter pairs were checked and found to be dty. The <br />duplicate was collected at M-9 and a previous duplicate's reanalysis are enclosed. Also, <br />please note some corrections from the last calculated cyanide values.
