Pensions and Other Postretirement Benefits: <br />All salaried employees of the Division participate in a noncontributory defined benefit pension <br />plan sponsored by the Parent company. In addition, the Division provides certain defined <br />health care and life insurance benefits for retired employees under a plan sponsored by the <br />Parent compan}'. All employees with at least fwe years of sen~ice and who are currentl+ <br />bet+yeen the ages of 62 and 65 are eligible for the health care benefits, and all employees with <br />at least five years of sen'ice are eligible for the life insurance benefit-. <br />6.
