Ihlenfeidt; <br />Ca tae night of July 12, 199°. there was an intense storm at Salt <br />Creek's McClane Canyon hiine. The storm s*.arted at about 9:00 FH, <br />lasted about one half hour and deposited about 2.5 inches of rain. <br />The 10 year 2=4 hour storm for this area is about 1.4 inches. This <br />storm approximated the 100 year 2'{4 hour storm event, 2.4 'inches.. <br />The sediment pgnd at the mine was; completely filled with sinter ~nti- <br />_ -sediment. An exemption <br />for the large storm was also requested. bir.
