COG-850017 <br />THIRD QUARTER 1998 DMR <br />Dear Ms. Lenkey, <br />• Colowyo is submitting the Third Quarter 1998 Discharge Monitoring Report to the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health and Environment, Water Quality Control Division. Discharges <br />occurred at Outfalls OOIA, 002A, 003A, 004A, OOSA, 007A, 008A, OlOA. Outfall 002A discharged on July 27, 1998 and had a laboratory pH of <br />9.2 and a field pH of 9.0. The last laboratory analysis of the pH occurred on June 18 and was 8.6 <br />while the field pH measured 9.0. The elevated pH can be attributed to [wo factors, none of which <br />
