Shelton <br />Director <br />Section 34-32-IZO(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />. the Operator shall annuaZlu file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a lJOtice of Intent to Continue alining Operations. The aotice <br />of Intent shall contain an annual fee of 550,00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the land to be affected during the coning year; and (c) any Zand <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of yoelr operation is 9/1/80 <br />and arnual fees for the year(s) 80-81, 81-82 , totalling 5 100.00 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
