As outlined irl TR-010, <br />daily samples of the tailings pond and the collection pond are <br />analyzed on-site. TR-010 specifies a simple monthly ave3-age for <br />regulating pond compliance. The July averages are as follows: <br />Tailings Pond 0.57 ppm CN-wad, 0.65 ppm CN-total <br />Collection Pond 0.27 ppm CN-wad, 0.39 ppm CN-total <br />The July simple averages show compliance with our permit: standards <br />of 3.8 ppm CN-wad and 4.4 ppm CN-total.
