On permit text page 124 of Volume 1, item number 4 states that the results of the bench <br />piezometer monitoring will be submitted to the Division on asemi-annual basis. Since <br />this semi-annual submittal was stopped in 1999, please revise the permit text to state that <br />bench piezometer monitoring results will be submitted to the Division in the annual <br />hydrologic report. <br />2. On permit text page 124a of Volume 1, item number 5 states that the results of the bench <br />underdrain monitoring will be submitted to the Division on asemi-annual basis. Since <br />this semi-annual submittal was stopped in 1999, please revise the permit text to state that <br />bench underdrain monitoring results will be submitted to the Division in the annual <br />hydrologic report. <br />3. On permit text page 124a of Volume 1, item number 2 mentions the NPDES monitoring <br />of pond 3 (outfall number 002).
