5.2 Reaulatorv Compliance <br />5.2.1 Reaulatorv Activity <br />The annual report for 1993 and fee were submitted to Division of Minerals and Geology <br />(DMG) prior to anniversary date of January 31, 1994. Technical Revisions were <br />submitted/approved to increase length of cavity #3 to 2000', add sonar/subsidence well <br />94-1 M; and well 4-3H plus access road for cavity #4. Disturbed acreage approved under <br />DMG permit remained at ".73 acres with a total of 50.9 acres disturbed through 1994. <br />5.2.2 Topsoil Stora e <br />Additional topsoil was removed and stockpiled in 1994, from the monitoring well 94-1 M <br />and associated access road. An additional 1,775, cu yds of topsoil was stockpiled for a <br />total of 56,789 cu yds at year end. <br /> <br />5.3 Reclamation Activi~y <br />5.3.1 Seeding <br />Topsoil stockpiles for cavity #3 wells (93-3V and 93-4H), and monitoring wells (93-2M and <br />94-1 M) were seeded. A total of approximately 1 acre was seeded in November 1994. <br />5.3.2 Seed Mixture <br />The approved (BLM/DMG) seed mixture is presented on Table 5-2. Note seeding rate <br />shown on Table 5-2 is drilled rate, broadcast rate is}~uh:e the drilled rate. <br />. 37 <br />
