The Company completed extraction of gravel in Phases 2 and 3 of the <br /> mining plan and approximately 50% of Phases 4 and 5, affecting approx- <br /> imately 6.5 acres. Phase 1 is approximately three-fourths extracted <br /> and 15% reclaimed, <br /> 2. Phases 2 and 3 are backfilled, however, the topsoil needed to be added <br /> to bring areas to grade in accordance with the mining plan is presently <br /> stockpiled, and the placement of such should take place during the <br /> 1987 season. <br /> 3. No internal reclamation beyond the backfilling, topsoil and grade work <br /> has been completed, therefore, there has been no planting of any <br /> vegetation. This will probably begin in the spring or summer of 1987. <br /> 4.
