This report also contains <br />the "Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology Annual Reclamation Report" form. <br />The annual report provides post-closure maintenance activity and tables providing total acreage <br />for all years of mining and reclamation activity at the mine covered by [he Regulations of [he Colorado <br />Mined Lattd Reclamation Board for Coal Mining (effective Aug 30, 1980). Exhibit 4.4-2 has been <br />updated to reflect furrows constructed to address gullies that formed in the Moffat Area.
