Long <br />ofvisi°n Do-e~e°r <br />Twentymile Coal Company submitted the First Half 1999 Subsidence Report for the Foidel Creek <br />Mine, on August 26, 1999. I am forwarding a copy of this report to you for review. This report <br />covers January 1, 1999 through June 30, 1999. During this time period Twentymile Coal <br />Company undermined and subsided Routt County Road No. 33, Middle Creek, High Tension <br />Power lines, and two residences. Please review Twentymile Coal Company's report for <br />compliance with the Rules and permit C-82-056. <br />Please let me know what improvements they need to make to their reports so I may forwazd your <br />comments to Twentymile Coal Company. We have not received a response to your comments <br />from your review of the 1998 reports. Your comments were sent to Twentymile Coal Company <br />in Mazch 1999. <br />Thanks for your help.
