The <br />company address is 1311 Bentwood Drive, Evansville, Indiana 47711. The permit area is located <br />on 17,862 acres of private land approximately 3 miles west of Segundo, Colorado at an elevation <br />of 6250 MSL in Section 33, T33S, R66W. Proposed mine disturbance including [he mine areas, <br />facilities areas, sediment control system, and ancillary facilities will eventually occupy approxi- <br />mately 1161 acres. <br />To date, no reclamation activities associated with permit disturbance have been conducted. Some <br />drill pad reclamation was completed in 1996. No reclamation activities were conducted in 1997. <br />Since mining activities were not started in 1997, no monitoring of wildlife in affected areas was <br />conducted.
