In compliance with C.R.S. 34-32-116 (3) and 34-32-127 (2)(a)(II)(A-D) of the Colorado
Mined Land Reclamation Act, please find enclosed a check in the amount of $550.00
for the annual fee, the annual report and permit map for the Bulldog Project, Permit
No. M-77-215.
The following information is to be included as part of the annual report.
Permit Area "A"
1. The 9700 level portal was sealed.
2. The 9360 level portal was sealed.
3. Nine (9) buildings were removed from the mine surtace area.
4. Three (3) remaining buildings are in various stages of removal.
5. Much of the mine equipment has been shipped from the property.
6. Final reclamation of the mine site has been started.
Permit Area "B"
1. 4,572 yards of waste rock has been placed onto the upper tailing pond to
stablilize the area.
2. 6,384 yards of soil was hauled onto the upper tailing pond for reclamation.
3. 600 yards of manure was hauled onto the upper tailing pond for fertilization.
Permit Area "C"
1. All tailing line drop boxes were removed, holes filled and area of boxes seeded.
Permit Area "D"
1. The lower tailing pond was breached, the breach was seeded and the bottom of
the breach was rip-rapped.
2. All piezometer wells were filled and pipes removed.
3. All structures, pipelines, launders and equipment were removed from the area.
