Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) has completed a <br />review of the subject Annual Reclamation Report (ARR). A copy of this review is <br />attached. <br />As previously discussed, Twentymile Coal Company chooses not to report reclamation <br />that might be re-disturbed during maintenance oflong-term facilities.
