If you have requested reclamation release fr m the Division <br />but your permit is not terminated by your anniversary date listed below the annual <br />fee must be paid. If the Division does release this permit befor the anniversary <br />date please do not pay this fee. <br />The fee is for last years mining and reclamation season, and must be paid even if <br />the mine was in an inactive state.
