This report is submitted to comply <br />with all the environmental monitoring requirements at the Colowyo <br />mine as specified in Mining Permit C-81-019. <br />The 1993 report continues to follow the same format as <br />previous reports submitted to and approved by the Division. <br />During 1993, approximately 97 acres were backfilled, graded, <br />topsoiled and reseeded. In addition, approximately 13 acres of the <br />Section 16, interim topography was graded and seeded. The seed <br />mixture, as approved in the Permit, was applied in October and <br />November.
