However, <br />neither the notice of intent to continue mining nor the annual report and map <br />as required by Minerals Rules and Regulations number 3.4 and 2.41, <br />respectively, were submitted. Please submit these materials at your earliest <br />convenience, preferably prior to January 31, 1986. (Failure to submit these <br />reports constitutes a possible violation of C.R.S. 34-32-110(4) and 116(1)(x). <br />As recommended in the Division's May 1, 1985 Inspection Report, and discussed <br />in Andersen Construction Company's June 19, 1985 response letter, an amendment <br />to Permit M-80-156 was planned for submittal to the Division by August 1, 1985. <br />Please submit an amendment to Permit M-80-156 at your earliest convenience. <br />Please contact the Division to specify the scheduling with which you can <br />comply. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br />Sincerely, <br />~R~z, t,2c~a; <br />~~L• <br />Camille M.
