An <br />entry in the ARR indicates that there were no additional acres topsoiled in calendar year 2004. <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(e): The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that <br />year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices; and <br />The ARR is in compliance with this rule. An entry on the Division report form indicates "0". An <br />entry in the ARR indicates that no additional acres were seeded or planted during the calendar <br />yeaz 2004, <br />Rule 2.04.13(1)(1): Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated <br />areas. <br />The location and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas is illustrated on the maps <br />Exhibit 4.4-2, Sheets 1 and 2 of 2, 6/9/97. The total number of acres previously re-seeded is <br />reported as 1 l 11.1. The acres, individual previously re-seeded azeas, are not indicated on the <br />maps (see the Division report format), but are provided in table format (Table 1 of the report). <br />However, there is a minor error in the information provided. The 3.3 acres of the proposed SL-09 <br />bond release area of the lower Oak Creek facilities area were not seeded and stockpiled topsoil as <br />indicated (the entrance road, gate, and access road are properly indicated as permanent roads), <br />but remain as a permanent gravel area. <br />Rule 2.04.13(2): The permittee may provide additional monitoring information as reguired by <br />the approved permit. <br />P & M reports no (0) acreage in long-term mining or reclamation facilities on the Division form. <br />However, 76 acres are reported in Table 2 of the ARR. <br />Rill and gully repair was reported for the Moffat area (Rule 4.14.6). <br />Repair of several drainage structures [Rules 4.05.3(1)(e) and 4.05.4(4)] was reported. <br />Reconnaissance and spraying for weeds over the entire permit area was reported [Rule <br />2.05.4(2)(e)(v)]. <br />C:lbgwllvty DocumentslEdna~ARRslarr04rvw.doc <br />2 <br />
