Rule 2.04.13(1):By February IS, or other such date as agreed on, each permittee shall file an
annual reclamation report covering the previous calendar year for all areas under bond. The report
shall include, but not be limited to, text, discussion and maps which address:
The report is in compliance with this rule. It was received at the Division on February 12, 2002.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(a): The name and address of the permittee and permit number;
The report is in compliance with this rule. The name of the permittee is given as Eastside Coal
Company, the address of the permittee is given as PO Box 701007, San Antonio, TX 78270-1007,
and the permit number is given as C-84-063.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(b): Location and number of acres disturbed during that year;
The report is incompliance with this rule. The number of acres reported as disturbed during the year
is 0 (pen and ink correction).
Rule 2.04.13(1)(c): Location and number of acres backfilled and graded during that year;
The report is in compliance with this rule. The number of acres reported as backfilled and graded
during the year is 2. This is the area of the reclaimed sedimentation pond and drainage ditches.
Rule 2.04.13(1)(d): Location and number acres topsolled during that year;
The report is in compliance with this rule. The number of acres reported as topsoiled during the year
is 2 (sedimentation pond and ditches).
Rule 2.04.13(1)(e): The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that
year, including any augmented seeding or cultural practices; and
