The water samples were analyzed for <br />cyanide, total metals, and fluoride as outlined in <br />paragraph 26 of Battle Mountain's Water Decree, Cash <br />No. 89CW32. The analysis report is attached. The <br />concentrations of all constituents are below the Colorado <br />Drinking water Standards. <br />The three pairs of lysimeters located west of the tailings <br />disposal area have been checked bi-weekly since April 1992. <br />All lysimeters have been dry. <br />The next sampling event will take place in January 1994. <br />T will con*_act you later in *_he year to make arrangements. <br />If you have any questions, please call. <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Alana L.
