Robinson Brick Company is filing this Annual Report as part of the 112c Annual Fee and <br />Report Request requirements of the State of Colorado. <br />The Tomahawk Mine is located in Pueblo County Colorado. <br />Operations (Current Year) <br />Mining operations continue in accordance with the mine plan. The permitted acreage <br />remains at 240 acres and the maximum allowable disturbed acreage remains at 21 acres. <br />No additional acres were disturbed. Current disturbance is approximately 8.2 acres. No <br />additional acres were reclaimed during this reporting period. <br />Operations (Next Year) <br />Mining operations in 2004-2005 will continue in the area of the 2002 mining. No <br />additional disturbance is anticipated. - - - <br />Bonding <br />Deemed adequate at this time. <br />
