SEMI-ANNUAL LEVEE INSPECTION REPORT <br />~. <br />University of Colorado - DEEPE FARM PIT (M-1981-302) - Levee <br />Name of Inspector Thomas Cowing (303)492-5684 Date of InspectionOctober 15, 2002 <br />Others in Attendance at Inspection: John Bruning, Darrell Droddy, Ryan Heiland - University <br />of Colorado. <br />NOTE: <br />a. Circle (a.) i£ No Problems Found During Inspection. <br />b. Circle Items of Particular Concern and Explain Findings: <br />Erosion: <br />_ _ Burrowing Animals:.. _ _ <br />Trees and Shrub Gr- n- w- t-Since the fall of 2001, several groupings of small <br />seedlings (i.e. Willows) were noted within proximity of the levee on both sides. <br />The University will continue to eradicate tree growth on or near the levee <br />Settlement and Subsidence: structure as appropriate. <br />Riprap Condition: <br />e~atton tau Berlamation has been completed with the re-vegetation (seeding) <br />of al is ur ed areas which has occured over the past four years. On-going weed <br />management on the property continues, where appropriate. <br />equtre atn enance or C ton o e en' Continue removal of volunteer trees and <br />shrub erowth on levee to maintain evee integrity and continue to pursue an <br />on-eoinQ weed control/weed management program on the site.
