We intend to continue mining operations into 1996. The enclosed map illus-
trates the surveyed disturbance acreage which has been actively mined (20.1 acres) and total disturbance
(29.3 acres). The 2.5 acres of new disturbance includes topsoil stripping for pit advancement. Topsoil salvaged
ahead of pit advancement was placed into existing topsoil stockpiles. The topsoil stockpiles will be graded
and seeded in November, 1995 to a temporary seed mixture similaz to the mix presented in Table E-3 of
Permit No. M-84-168.
During the past report period (October 14, 1994 through October 14, 1995) 1.6 new acres were mined and
2.5 acres were newly disturbed. The projection for the 1995-96 report period is for approximately 2.0
acres of new mining disturbance in Mine Area t13.
Additional information concerning planned disturbance by area and the projected dates of development are
given in Permit M-84-168 Table D-1.
