Dear Mr. Dupler:
Please find enclosed a site map and the signed annual report form for the September 20, 2007
Bucklen Equipment Company Annual Report. A check for $791 is also enclosed to cover the
annual report fee.
This annual report covers the time period from September 21, 2006 to September 20, 2007.
Mining activities during the last yeaz have been confined to a small azea on the southeastern side
of the pit (see attached map). Previous mining activities have included the northern portions of
the pit with a dewatering trench azound the perimeter of the excavation. Mining activities during
the upcoming year will continue to be in the south and eastern sections of the pit.
Reclamation activities have continued. Backfilling and sloping of the northern portion of the
western pit boundary is in progress (see attached map): The bottom of the pit is currently being
used for processing and stockpiling. As the final configuration of the pit lake is reached, the
banks will continue to be rough graded to achieve appropriate slopes.
