Annual Report, Anniversary Date 10-30-88
Dear Sir:
Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is October 30,
1988. Please note that we have enclosed the annual fees, check #02038, in the
amount of $350.00.
We will deal specifically with each of the annual report questions, as outlined
in Section 2.41 of the rules and regulations.
1. The total acreage has been affected this last year.
2. Working with the City of Ft. Collins, the west bank of the SW lake
was sloped. This was due, in part, to their interest in using the
lake in their engineered city drainage plan.
3. Excavation areas 1, 2, and 3b are now being backfilled to create the
correct lake sizes so the reclamation can commence.
4. No planting has been done this past year.
5. See #4.
6. See #2.
7. We will use the total acreage again this next year.
8. The effective date of all information contained herein is October 11 ,
1988.
